Our Team

John O'Connell
BCA, MTINZ, MYOB Consultant

John has been involved in public practice existing sole trade and SME for 30+ years. Prior to entering in public practice, John had 18 years of experience working for a variety of commercial firms, including holding senior positions in several large national companies. He holds a University degree, majoring in Accounting and Auditing.

John's current specialisations include MYOB Software, business development and profit maximisation.

John has been very active in the community, firstly through Lions International and currently Rotary International. John is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow.

A strong advocate of work life balance, John is a keen fly-fisherman and plays the occasional game of golf.


Teresa Gavin - Director
NZIM, Dip Bus, MTINZ, MYOB Consultant

Teresa has 14 years experience with Inland Revenue and has been involved in public practice for 12 years. Her current specialisations include MYOB software training in Accounting and Business Basics software.

Teresa has been very active within the community, firstly through Girl Guides and currently with Upper Hutt Community Rescue.


Lauretta Gavin
MYOB Consultant

Lauretta is a qualified MYOB Consultant and has been with the company for 5 years providing administration and computer support.

She specialises in Microsoft Office Suite applications and MYOB Accounting and Business Basics.
